Clearing cache can solve almost any problem, or so it seems. To try this, you need to search for wsreset and run the wsreset command. It will automatically open a command prompt window and execute the WSReset.exe command. Once your Windows Store launches again, try to install the game once again.

  1. Delete and reinstall Minecraft Launcher

You can delete and reinstall Minecraft Launcher to fix the problem. Firstly, in order to delete the application, search for “Add or remove apps” in your start menu search box. Click on Apps. In the search box which you may find here, search for “Minecraft Launcher”. Once you find the application, uninstall it.

After this, you can reinstall Minecraft Launcher back again. You can search for Minecraft Launcher on Minecraft.net or you can simply install it from the Microsoft Store.

  1. Rest Microsoft Store

You can reset your Microsoft Store to fix the problem as well. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features. In this section, search for the Microsoft Store application and click on it. Then, go to “Advanced options” and scroll down to find the “Reset” button. Reset the application to fix your problem.

  1. Update Windows

You can update your Windows to the latest version to troubleshoot the problem as well. To check if you have uninstalled Windows updates, open Settings > Update & Security > Check for updates. If you do have pending updates then install it and this should help you fix the problem.
