In email terms of language Cc stands for ” Carbon Copy” while Bcc stands for ” Blind Carbon Copy”. Both fields work similarly while sending an email. However, the Difference Between Cc and Bcc is that in Cc the list is visible to all other recipients while in the Bcc list nobody can see the list of recipients.

Cc means ‘Carbon Copy” in which the list is visible to all the applicants who you wish to send the email.

Bcc: George Bailey and Savita Rose

In the above example, all recipients of an email including George Bailey and Savita Rose will see the following header information when they receive the email

Bcc means “Blind Carbon Copy” in which no one but the sender can see the list of recipients.

This means none of the recipients will know who the Bcc recipients are. Each and every Bcc’ed recipients will realize that they were on the Bcc but they will not know who else was on Bcc until and unless the sender tells them.

• Complete the “To” field by writing the primary recipient email address

• Now write the secondary recipient email address
