What shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $9.95 to any address in Australia, added at the checkout and shown in your total before you place the order. Orders of $150.00 or more ship free, applied automatically. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. There are no handling fees, surcharges or card fees, because no card is taken on this site.
Where orders are sent from, and where they go
Every parcel is packed in Bacchus Marsh VIC and handed to DHL. Scoopyard ships within Australia only and does not ship overseas. DHL does not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers, so please give a street address. If you would rather pick it up: You can collect from the DHL Express Service Point in Bacchus Marsh instead (the address comes with your payment details email). The flat shipping rate still applies. Mention it in your order notes or email hello@digimessiah.com, and you will be told when it is ready.
How long the whole thing takes
Allow 2 to 3 business days from placing your order to the parcel arriving, anywhere in Australia. That is 1 business day of handling plus 1 to 2 business days in transit with DHL. Orders placed before 2pm Melbourne time, Monday to Friday, count from that day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a Victorian public holiday count from the next business day. It is the same estimate shown on every product page and at the checkout. The one thing that adds time is paying by bank transfer instead of PayID, explained below.
Pay by PayID if you want it fast
That 2 to 3 business days estimate assumes PayID, which settles in seconds, so your order is dispatched within 1 business day. A regular bank transfer takes a business day or two to land, and nothing is sent until the money is actually here, so paying that way adds those days on top. Both options are offered and neither costs more. PayID is simply the faster one.
How long delivery takes once it is sent
Parcels are sent with DHL. Once dispatched, the estimate is 1 to 2 business days to any address in Australia. This is the carrier’s estimate, not a guarantee: transit times move around during peak periods, industrial action and bad weather, and none of that is within Scoopyard’s control. No specific delivery date is promised anywhere on this site, because promising one that cannot be met would be misleading.
Tracking your parcel
A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is handed to DHL, along with your order reference. The first scan can take until the end of the next business day to appear, so a tracking number that shows nothing yet is normal. If you have not had a tracking email within two business days of your payment clearing, email hello@digimessiah.com and quote your order reference.
How your order is packed
Items are sent in the maker’s own sealed retail pack, with the batch code and expiry date printed by the maker intact. Nothing is decanted, sampled, relabelled or repacked. Tubs are padded to limit movement in transit and sent in a plain outer carton with nothing on it beyond the carrier’s label. Keep the outer carton until you are happy the contents are right. It is useful evidence if a claim is needed.
Getting the delivery address right
Please check your address before placing the order, including the unit or apartment number. If you spot a mistake, email hello@digimessiah.com straight away: while the parcel is still here it can be corrected at no cost. Once it has been handed to the carrier the address can no longer be changed. If a parcel comes back as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, it can be resent once you have confirmed the correct address and paid the $9.95 postage a second time, or refunded less the original postage.
If a parcel is delayed or does not arrive
Start with the tracking. Check with anyone else at the address and look for a DHL card, since parcels are often left with a neighbour or at a nearby DHL service point. If tracking has not moved for five business days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email hello@digimessiah.com with your order reference. Scoopyard lodges the enquiry with DHL and follows it through with you. Until a parcel is delivered to you it stays at Scoopyard’s risk, not yours.
Returns, refunds and damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, an item is faulty, or it is not what you ordered, that is covered in full on the returns page, along with change-of-mind returns, who pays return postage, how refunds are paid and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Report anything wrong within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@digimessiah.com with photos.
