THE STORY
Kept small
on purpose.
I’m Breanna J Mallinson-Cesar, and I run Scoopyard on my own. I take the orders, pack the parcels and answer the emails myself. There’s no team, no warehouse and no call centre. Just me, a small shelf of stock and an inbox.
Scoopyard is new, and the range is small: two brands, two kinds of product, four tubs. That’s deliberate. It means I know exactly what’s on the shelf and what condition it’s in before it goes in a box.
I resell sealed retail packs exactly as they’re made. I don’t blend, repack or test anything, and I don’t make claims about what a product does. The label does the talking, so always give it a read.
Orders go out with DHL. You can collect from the DHL Express Service Point in Bacchus Marsh instead (the address comes with your payment details email). The flat shipping rate still applies.

Every tub leaves here in the maker’s sealed retail pack. Nothing is decanted, split into smaller tubs or relabelled.
Plain
No hype and no health claims. You get the brand, flavour, size and serve count, and the label covers the rest.
Direct
You deal with me from the first email to the last. No handoffs, no call centre and no scripted replies.
