HOW TO ORDER
How ordering
works here.
Add to cart, check out, pay by PayID or bank transfer, and your sealed tub is on its way. Here’s each step, plus what to check when it lands.
ORDER
Cart first, then checkout.
Pick a product on the shop page, check the size and flavour, and add it to your cart. At the checkout you add your name, email and delivery address, then place the order.
No card is taken on this site and nothing is charged when you place the order. Your order reference shows on screen straight away.
PAY
PayID or bank transfer.
The payment details arrive by email with your order reference. PayID lands in seconds, so your order can be packed the same day. A regular bank transfer usually takes a business day or two to arrive.
Once the payment clears, your parcel is packed and handed to DHL, and the tracking number follows by email. Postage and delivery times are all on the shipping page.
SEALED STOCK
Sealed retail tubs, exactly as made.
Stock arrives as finished retail product in the maker’s own packaging, and it goes out the same way: seal intact, label intact, batch code and expiry date as printed by the brand. What you get is what a shop shelf holds.
Scoopyard doesn’t make, blend, repack or decant anything. No unbranded tubs, no bulk scoops, no relabelling. If a pack can’t be sold sealed and complete, it isn’t sold.
WHEN IT ARRIVES
Four checks, under a minute.
Before you open it, check the safety seal under the lid is unbroken, and that the batch code and expiry date are printed on the tub by the maker, not stickered over or handwritten. Then check the brand, flavour, size and serves match your order.
If anything doesn’t line up, stop and email hello@digimessiah.com before using it. An unopened tub is much easier to sort out. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, and follow the storage directions on the pack.

How do I place an order?
Add what you want to the cart and check out with your delivery address. No card is taken on the site. The PayID or bank transfer details come by email with your order reference, and the parcel goes out once the payment clears. Want to ask something first? Email hello@digimessiah.com.
Are these the real thing?
Yes. They are sealed retail packs made and packed by Musashi and Optimum Nutrition. Scoopyard resells them independently and is not affiliated with either brand. When your tub arrives, check the safety seal is unbroken and the batch code and expiry date are printed on it.
Can I collect instead of having it delivered?
Yes. You can collect from the DHL Express Service Point in Bacchus Marsh instead (the address comes with your payment details email). The flat shipping rate still applies. Mention it in your order notes or email hello@digimessiah.com, and I’ll let you know when it’s ready.
How much should I take?
That’s not something I can tell you. Scoopyard gives no dosage, training or nutrition advice. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or under medical care, speak to a health professional before use.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 3 business days from placing your order to the parcel arriving, anywhere in Australia, when you order by 2pm Melbourne time on a business day and pay by PayID. A bank transfer adds the time it takes to land. The full breakdown is on the shipping page.
What if my tub arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@digimessiah.com with your order reference and photos of the tub and the outer box, and don’t use the product. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything sold here, and I’ll sort it out with you by email. The details are on the returns page.
