1. Clearing App Data and Cache

This is one of the simple and popular method to get rid of your error and it solves every problem related to the Google Play Store issue.

  • On the home screen, Go to the Settings menu
  • Scroll Down and Click on App Management

  • Disable the Google Play Administrator and turn on ‘ Find My Device’
  • Now Go to Settings>Device>Users
  • Select Guest and Revert Back
  • Lastly, Reboot your Device
  • Now Open Google Play Store and start installing your apps

4. Performing a Factory Reset

Performing a Factory Reset is one top solution to all the problems and in case the above method fails to remove the error then the best thing you can perform is a Factory Reset.

  • Make sure the device is plugged in or has enough battery to go through the reset process.
  • Open the Settings app.
  • Select System.
  • Expand the menu by hitting Advanced.
  • Go into Reset options.
  • Hit Erase all data (factory reset).
  • Tap on Erase all data.
  • Enter your PIN if prompted.
  • Select Erase all data and let the phone do its thing.

5. Clear your Google Play Services Cache

Google Play Services syncs and stores your data for the proper functioning of Apps. So if your Android Device is running on Google Clearing Cache will help to solve the error

  • On the home Screen, Go to Settings
  • Scroll down and go to Apps and Notifications or App Management
